Iranian film ‘Cold Breath’ has been invited to compete at the 2017 Mammoth Lakes Film Festival in California, US.

Iranian film ‘Cold Breath’ has been invited to compete at the 2017 Mammoth Lakes Film Festival in the US state of California.

Directed and produced by Abbas Raziji, the film received an invitation from organizers of the festival’s 3rd edition, which will be screened at the competition section of the US event.

‘Cold Breath’ narrates the story of a woman in her thirties named Maryam and the hardships that she faces every day.

The Iranian flick features cinema stars such as Bita Baderan, Majid Mozaffari, Parichehr Riali, Hamideh Barati and Ezzatollah Ramezanifar.

The 2017 Mammoth Lakes Film Festival will screen over 60 features and shorts in the setting of Mammoth Lakes—California’s premier mountain resort, high in the Eastern Sierra.

The 3rd Mammoth Lakes Film Festival will take place on May 24 to 28, 2017.
